As Unto the Lord Assistant Living & Residential Service, LLC is a standard and licensed RSA Home Care agency that serves Seniors and Disabled individuals in Maryland. The services we provide will be specifically designed and carried out to meet the needs of each individual by providing support, comfort, and security to all our residents irrespective of their religious affiliations, race, and culture. We look to take care of Seniors and individuals with disabilities whether old or young.

 

As Unto the Lord Assistant Living & Residential Service, LLC is a family-owned and managed business that believes in the passionate pursuit of business excellence and financial success with uncompromising services and integrity which is why we have decided to venture into the home care residential services industry by establishing our own residential services agency and future assisted living business.

 

As Unto the Lord Assistant Living & Residential Service, LLC is a family business that is owned and managed by Mr. & Mrs. Lamont and Stephanie Jefferson. Mr. Lamont Jefferson is an  Ordained Minister and, holds a Bachelor of Social Work, is a Certified Med Tech, and has worked in the social work field for over 20 years. Mr. Jefferson was raised by his grandmother and was her caretaker for 14 years until she transitioned at age 92. Mr. Jefferson has worked with a vast number of populations which include seniors, the disabled, the developmentally disabled, youth, and the homeless population. Mrs. Jefferson has managed retail stores for over 30 years and loves helping people feel good about themselves. Mrs. Jefferson left her career in retail to take her caring attitude to work with individuals with Developmental Disabilities and young people, where she enjoys helping them to be successful and enjoy their lives. Mrs. Jefferson is a Certified Med Tech and received employee of the year at the Arc of Chesapeake in 2023. Lamont and Stephanie are truly passionate when it comes to helping and taking care of people of all populations, but especially seniors and the disabled. It is important to us that all our employees provide loving services to those we serve.
